1. How long will my order be shipped out?
All fully-paid order will be processed and ship out within 48 hours following by our courier partner operation hours.
2. Do you offer self-pickup services?
Yes, you may self-pickup your order from us in IPOH. However, you still need to make an order first via our online store, and select shipping as "Pickup" during your checkout. The pickup details will be shown in the checkout page.
3. Do you offer wholesale price if I want to buy in bulk quantity?
For order over RM100, please contact us for discount code.
4. Can I make my payment using credit card?
Yes, there are various payment methods available in our website now. You may choose either using TnG, Manual Online Transfer or via Online Payment Gateway (Credit Cards / Debit Cards / FPX).
However, there will be a RM1 transaction fee applied for payment via Online Payment Gateway which is using Credit Cards or FPX. As we are trying to offer the best selling price and attractive promotion discounts to our buyers, we encourage our buyers to make payment directly through DUIT or TnG in order to reduce our operation cost.
Don't worry! Here's are some simple steps to make payment via DUIT or TnG:
- On the checkout page, fill in all necessary shipping details;
- Select desire Payment Method (either Online Banking or TnG QR scanning);
- Click "Place Order Now" button;
- Our banking info or the TnG QR Code will be shown out. You may proceed to do the transferring manually and send us the proof of payment slip for us to verify, either uploading the slip on the confirm ordered page or simply forward the slip to our Whatsapp.
